Pierce Hill is a member of Constructionline, the UK's largest register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related contractors and consultants.

Owned and endorsed by the DTI, Constructionline is a contributor to the Rethinking Construction initiative. Constructionline gathers and assesses pre-qualification information on behalf of public and private sector procurers and provides them with access to fully accredited suppliers.

Pierce Hill encourages its staff to seek professional qualifications and is proud that all technical staff are either qualified or actively engaged in securing their status as chartered surveyors.


Pierce Hill again encourages professional qualifications in it's staff and employ people that are either members or actively engaged in securing their status as members of the Association of Project Safety.
